Car (Category B)

Course contents
Our Transportation is divided into four modules of two hours. We offer the course compact two days where each unit comprises four hours. This allows an intensive and efficient learning phase. In VKU we deal with the following topics:
First part: traffic
At the beginning of our course, we devote ourselves to the training of traffic vision. We discuss essential foundations and practical advice that optimize your visual perception in road traffic. We focus on the following key aspects:
- Sensomotorik: interaction of perception and movement

- Facial sense: Functionality and peculiarities
- Viewing technology and filters: Effective methods for information processing
- Development of traffic vision: gradual improvement of perception

Second part: Transport environment
In the second part of our course we focus on the environment of the vehicle. We investigate the interactions between the vehicle and its surroundings, including other road users, weather conditions and road conditions:

No, there’s no audit. However, you can be excluded from the course with bad behavior. Furthermore, the certificate can only be handed out if you have appeared on time for the course.

In VKU you will be prepared for possible dangers in traffic. This can be anything from alcohol at the tax, self-examination, to weather conditions.
How long is the course valid?

May I VKU on a day?
No, the course parts must be distributed on at least two days.
May I VKU in Zurich when I live in another canton?
Yeah. You can simply register for the course and do nothing else. We’ll report to your hometown’s traffic office that you made the course with us.
