Eligible cancellations are automatically credited to your DriveLab Wallet. You can use this wallet credit directly at checkout for future bookings. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, this is possible on request. For invoice payments via MF Group/POWERPAY, the refund request may additionally require the MF Group self-service portal.
