Postpone and cancel

You can postpone or cancel your driving lessons here up to 48 hours before the start. In any case, please do this via your profile. Unfortunately, we cannot consider requests by phone or in writing.

If you cancel a driving lesson, send us a message to request a refund. This does not happen automatically. Especially when paying by invoice, we have to inform the payment service provider in good time to prevent follow-up costs.

Course confirmation

Courses such as VKUs, motorcycle or first aid are not displayed here. The delivery confirmation from Postfinance serves as proof of payment and for VKU and motorcycle courses the registration confirmation from the sender “asa” is mandatory. If you have the two emails, that’s enough. There is no reminder email for the courses.
