To ensure that your driving lesson runs smoothly, we ask you to observe the following points carefully:
⏰ Punctuality
- Please arrive on time for your driving lesson.
- Delays cannot be compensated or refunded, as we cannot plan any postponements for organizational reasons.
- You can view and change your driving lessons on your profile page and cancel them free of charge up to 24 hours in advance: https://drivelab.ch/mein-profil/
🪪 Bring your learner’s permit
- Your valid learner’s permit/driver’s license is mandatory.
- Without this, the driving lesson may not be carried out by law.
👓 Visual aid & medication
- If you need a visual aid, make sure you bring it with you.
- Do not take any medication that could affect your ability to drive.
- If you are unsure: inform your driving instructor in advance.
📍 Meeting point & pick-up
The exact meeting point can be found directly on the product page on which you booked your driving lesson.
If you would like an alternative meeting point (e.g. for longer driving lessons), please contact your driving instructor in good time.
