Emergency measures & alerting
Securing the accident scene, staying calm and placing the emergency call (144) correctly — the first, decisive minutes.
Unconsciousness & breathing
Checking consciousness and breathing, using the recovery position and keeping the airway clear.
CPR & defibrillator (BLS-AED)
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and using an AED defibrillator — practised hands-on on training manikins.
Wounds, bleeding & shock
Stopping bleeding, dressing wounds and reacting correctly to shock or burns.
